Comic Con

We had a great day at Comic-Con. This is the first time we went and it is like a different world. We saw so many people who dress up and take it quite seriously. Never have I ever seen so many Star Wars characters. INSANITY. Nathan got his books signed by Max Brooks ( World War Z, Zombie survival guide). We stood in line for an hour but Nate was so happy it made it worth the wait. Neil and I got excited to see Mick Foley and Richard Dean Anderson aka McGyver. I refused to stand in line again, so I just snapped a pic from the side lines. Apparently that is not something you are suppose to do because when I tried to get one of Katey Segal ( Peg Bundy), a staff member jumped in front of her. Kinda made me mad that I paid money to see these people and unless I was willing to pay 20.00 for an autographed picture, I wasn't allowed to snap a pic. We also got to see Erik Estrada, Peter Mayhew who played Chewbacca, and Thomas Jane.....none of these people did I stand in line for. Great from a far, not worth the money. There was an Indiana Jones made completely of Lego's, very cool .Towards the end it got a little too crowded and we were pretty tired so even though we had about six hours left we called it. On our way out we found someone who does zombie drawings. He is making on of the kids. I'll post it once we receive it. Well worth the money, good quality family line standing.
